These Terms of Service govern your use of the LogistiQuotes platform at logistiquotes.com. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using LogistiQuotes, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
LogistiQuotes provides a SaaS platform for transportation and logistics companies to create, publish, and manage online quote request forms, automate pricing calculations, and track customer leads. Features vary by subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You may not share credentials with unauthorized parties or create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.
Billing: Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All fees are charged in advance for the upcoming billing period.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may turn off auto-renewal at any time from your billing dashboard.
Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days notice of any price increases via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will retry and notify you. Accounts with outstanding balances may be suspended after a grace period.
Each plan includes limits on forms, monthly submissions, and team members as described on our pricing page. Exceeding limits may result in throttling or a prompt to upgrade. You may not artificially inflate submission counts or attempt to circumvent plan limits.

You retain ownership of all data you upload or collect through the platform. By using LogistiQuotes, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for purposes other than operating and improving the platform.
When you use our platform to collect personal information from your customers, you are acting as the data controller. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to collect that data, providing appropriate privacy notices to your customers, and complying with all applicable privacy laws including GDPR, CCPA, and others relevant to your jurisdiction.
LogistiQuotes and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Your logo and form content remain your property.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime or interruptions outside our reasonable control.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOGISTIQUOTES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LogistiQuotes and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
You may cancel your account at any time from your billing dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or fail to pay amounts due. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 90 days before deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not permitted, in courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
